I'm Aneisha Velazquez and I founded Yellow Sky Business Services (originally called Yellow Sky Bookkeeping). I spent 8 years as a sign language interpreter, bridging communication gaps. Now, I combine those skills with my accounting knowledge to decode your business numbers into language you can actually understand and use.

Understanding is important to me. I’ve always searched for it— from trying to figure out Spanish as a child to crouching on the Barnes & Noble's floor as a teenager reading 'Rich Dad Poor Dad,' determined to understand money. As an ASL interpreter, I bridged communication gaps between the Deaf and Hearing worlds but couldn't clearly understand my own financial story until two big changes:

• Learning the Profit First method of separating accounts by purpose allowed me to finally visualize my finances,  and
• Getting my autism diagnosis revealed why traditional approaches had failed me—my brain needed systems aligned with how I naturally think. 

This clarity, plus my accounting knowledge from bookkeeping courses, enabled my husband and I to build a financial foundation to spend six months in Southeast Asia, something that used to feel impossible.

I now use bookkeeping, the language of business, to focus on translating financial numbers into clear stories for overwhelmed entrepreneurs, turning their once-feared statements into roadmaps to the goals they started their businesses to achieve.
